National Walking Day- April 7th, 2021

There are so many benefits of walking:  heart health, weight loss and mental health to name a few.  As little as 15 minutes a day can improve your mood, health and your life!
Walking is an exercise that doesn’t cost a thing.  Walking does not require any equipment and can be performed anytime, anywhere.
